Oh, sorry. I thought they were the .py (Python) files. They are, in fact, .js (JavaScript) ones. To run them you need to install Node.js OR use an online javascript compiler.
Both files work for SOME puzzles, not every single one. If you have basic programming knowledge, you can edit the 5pegs one to fit every puzzle you encounter.
I'll give you hints on what to edit.
1. Edit the puzzle colors array.
2. Edit the rules array. Every item in that array corresponds with a line of boxes.
3. Change the amount of FOR loops so they handle every box in a line (5 boxes = 5 for loops). Just copy one of them and change the name of the index variable. Don't forget the closing brackets.
4. Change the solution array so it handles every box in a line. Copy one of the items and change variables in the square brackets so they correspond to the ones you added in the previous step.
And that's it. Or you can probably just feed a screenshot of the game to some AI model, that'll be easier.
Argonvile forgive me. I know this game is centered around puzzles, but i am myself unable to solve most of them. I'm glad that someone made the repo so i can enjoy "other" :3 aspects of the game.
I'm really glad this game is still around. I remember playing this back in 2018 and being really impressed with it. Especially after finding out it was all by a single dev! I think I was one of the only people who enjoyed the 6+ peg puzzles, although an 8-peg would take me 2 hours to complete, haha. I kept up with every update and couldn't forget about it, so I decided to look for a way to play it again and stumbled across it here on itch.
My wife and I really enjoy playing this together. We laugh at all the dialogue, and the puzzles are fun to solve together. She really enjoys the art and the little bugs, yelling at them when they're being too rambunctious. We both think the sex parts are really cute and intimate, too. Trying to figure out what your partner likes is really fun! It's a puzzle in and of itself.

I can't think of another good puzzle formula that has all the nice qualities of Monster Mind, since it's very fun to play cooperatively, working together on a single puzzle. So I might just make a new game with the same mechanics and new characters, ha ha! I'm not sure yet. I'll have to think about it!

Oh wow thanks so much! It's so cool you can appreciate both of the genders, the dialog and sexual behaviors change slightly when you play with them. Some of them like Buizel tell different jokes or have different punchlines if they're male or female! And the ending of the game changes slightly too, depending on whether Abra is male or female. Most people only ever experience half of the dialog in the game, if that!
I'm glad you like the minigames too! Most people have one or two they hate, which is discouraging because I had a lot of fun designing them. But I think they're all very challenging even with practice, you can play them again and again and still figure out new strategies or things about the opponents!

I don't think anyone has modded the game yet! Someone modded the flash version of the game with things like infinite money or extra cum, but I don't know if anyone's done those mods for the Windows/HTML5 versions

at the end of the game, I made abra mad, left me alone, got drunk twice, and passed out twice on both occasions. on the second one the credits just rolled.. i feel like im missing out on more here but all the characters dont have a reaction towards that, like it was reverted back b4 i even refused the deal from abra. i did some research on this game and there isnt much available, other than itch posts asking about features. i did hear about a second ending though, which caught my interest as well. just want to know if i was missing anything important through my playthrough, I thought it ended pretty abruptly after the second passout from abra
Yeah, if you got the credits that's the ending! If you play with Abra once more you'll get a little more backstory. There are two endings based on whether you go along with Abra's plan or not! They are a little different, but I don't personally think it's worth replaying the entire game.

I don't know what "their traditional gender" means, but you can choose the Pokemon's gender when you start a new game! You can also customize it with items you purchase in the shop.
Breasts are an interesting idea, you'd probably want to have new animations for grabbing and fondling their breasts, new clothing options like tube tops to show off their breasts and have rules for which pokemon like having their breasts fondled different ways! You'd probably want to also have the cosmetics be toggleable for people who like bigger breasts or no breasts

Don't be ashamed to replay the tutorial too, if you don't understand it! They walk you through how to arrange your guys to win the game. The hard part is doing it with time pressure!
My normal tactic is to triage the smaller chests to win the bigger chests, but doesn't seem to work? I tried playing the tutorial again, but it's not worded as well as it perhaps could be.

Personally, I like games that have you work for your reward. I also like games that let you get to know the people you're with. With the fact that this game has a satisfying payoff, if you think the same way I do, you should play it.

After starting a new game and giving Grovyle your name, you can tell them something like "Don't you remember me?" or "We've met before" and they will ask for your password.
it's possible you're trying to open the clue boxes. they open after you solve the puzzle! follow grovyle's tutorials if you don't understand how the puzzles work yet.
Alternatively, Dew on the Monster Mind Discord also made a Password Generator (there is an .exe on the releases page you can download) where you can enter your name and it will spit out an 18-character password for any number of mystery boxes you want. Here's a password I just generated with it with 30 mystery boxes:
I recently found this game searching on FA and when I saw that it was yours, Agronvile, I decided to play it. It was great. I love logic games and it caught me a lot. I reached a ranking of 30 but I dropped at the end of the game XD.

Hhey that's great! I think this is a challenging and unique logic game and even if you're very familiar with Master Mind -- trying to solve puzzles with a limited set of clues you didn't come up with is a very fresh challenge. I'm glad you enjoyed it!

honestly just stick to the 4-peg puzzles, the 5-pegs aren't needed for game completion and they're extremely difficult
if the 4-peg puzzles are too easy or you want an extra challenge, the 5-peg puzzles can give you tons of gems if you are good at them! but it's not really worth it if you're just staring at them for 20 minutes like i do sometimes 😭

Hi! I I downloaded this game some time ago. I like reviewing various indie games, I also sometimes play adult games, but I avoid works that feature non-human characters. Regardless, I was interested in the game's concept. I really like puzzle games and I decided that I would try to play it. I played both the sfw and nsfw version and I would like to write my personal review about it. The game mechanics are great, I also like the variety in difficulty levels. Depending on how much time I have to play, I can choose a more difficult or easier difficulty level. The little monsters that act as objects that we have to match are very funny, I appreciate that they have different animations and different color variants.I often skipped character conversations because I wanted to solve the puzzle haha. Regardless, I thought a lot of the lines were really funny or interesting.Another concept that diversifies the gameplay is mini games. What I liked most was the weighing, which helps to practice quick thinking and counting. I liked the dice-rolling abroad the least because it seemed a bit difficult and random. I'm glad that the characters talk in an adult way, they are not turned into children, as is unfortunately the case in some nsfw games. Once again, I must praise the number of animations and various random events, which makes the game simply not boring. The rich and changing assortment in the store makes the game more and more varied, so everyone can find items for themselves. The method of obtaining money is sufficient, mini games, chests and video recording are enough to buy the desired item.As an asexual person, I don't fully understand the theme of Pokemon and various activities with them in a nsfw game, but I must admit that they are really nicely drawn. I would like to start creating games myself and what digital graphic designer wants to pursue this direction, but I guess it's just a dream for now haha. Tthanks for the thoughtful review! Unfortunately you can't do activities with the chameleon, although sometime he fills in for the other pokemon and you can talk to him, he has some funny conversations. But, no sexual activities with him.
I'm sorry to hear about the technical difficulties! The game is most stable in Windows, and I've seen it sometimes have problems on other platforms.

I used Paint Tool SAI but you can use any drawing program! the game just uses PNGs.

I mean Thier base genders examples:
If grovyle base - original genders is male but you set his gender to be female in the game
Then grovyle base gender = male
Pokemon don't really have "base genders" on the show, I don't think! Maybe some like Latias but none of those are in the game.
In Monster Mind, the Pokemon can be whatever gender you want them to be.

Personally, I like games that have you work for your reward. I also like games that let you get to know the people you're with. With the fact that this game has a satisfying payoff, if you think the same way I do, you should play it.

After starting a new game and giving Grovyle your name, you can tell them something like "Don't you remember me?" or "We've met before" and they will ask for your password.
Make sure to use the same name!

It works well in Chrome, Edge and Floorp on Windows 10. You might try a different browser to see if that fixes it.

it's possible you're trying to open the clue boxes. they open after you solve the puzzle! follow grovyle's tutorials if you don't understand how the puzzles work yet.

You need to drop the bugs in the top box to solve the puzzle! Grovyle gives you instructions when you first start to play.

Alternatively, Dew on the Monster Mind Discord also made a Password Generator (there is an .exe on the releases page you can download) where you can enter your name and it will spit out an 18-character password for any number of mystery boxes you want. I recently found this game searching on FA and when I saw that it was yours, Agronvile, I decided to play it. It was great. I love logic games and it caught me a lot. I reached a ranking of 30 but I dropped at the end of the game XD.

Hhey that's great! I think this is a challenging and unique logic game and even if you're very familiar with Master Mind -- trying to solve puzzles with a limited set of clues you didn't come up with is a very fresh challenge. I'm glad you enjoyed it!

i have a bad case of brain dumb i can barly do the 5 peg i gusse i dont understand complty even with the tutorial any way i can get better or am i just too dumb lol
honestly just stick to the 4-peg puzzles, the 5-pegs aren't needed for game completion and they're extremely difficult
if the 4-peg puzzles are too easy or you want an extra challenge, the 5-peg puzzles can give you tons of gems if you are good at them! but it's not really worth it if you're just staring at them for 20 minutes like i do sometimes 😭
The 4-peg puzzles are hard already I think I need to take an IQ test or something

Tthanks for the thoughtful review! Unfortunately you can't do activities with the chameleon, although sometime he fills in for the other pokemon and you can talk to him, he has some funny conversations. But, no sexual activities with him.
I'm sorry to hear about the technical difficulties! The game is most stable in Windows, and I've seen it sometimes have problems on other platforms.
